🥘 Ingredients

  • 1kgMutton
  • 15-20 (soaked)Mathania Red Chilies
  • 1/2 cupMustard Oil
  • 1/4 cupGarlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

The secret is the Mathania chilies which provide deep red color and high heat.

Cook meat in mustard oil with garlic paste and the chili paste.

Smoke with a piece of charcoal and cloves (Dhungar) to give it the "Jungli" (forest) flavor.
