Dhokla

🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cupBesan (Gram Flour)
- 1 tbspSemolina (Sooji)
- 1/2 cupCurd
- 1 tbspLemon Juice
- 1 sachet (1 tsp)Eno Fruit Salt
- 1 tspMustard Seeds
- 2-3 slitGreen Chilies
👨🍳 Instructions

Mix besan, sooji, curd, lemon juice, sugar, and salt with water to make a smooth batter.

Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Grease a steaming tin. Add Eno to the batter and whisk briskly (it will froth).

Immediately pour into the tin and steam for 15-20 minutes.

Check with a toothpick (should come out clean). Cool slightly and cut into squares.

Tempering: Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Pour over Dhokla.
