🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cupsMaida (All Purpose Flour)
- 3 boiled & mashedPotatoes
- 1 finely choppedOnions
- 1 tspAnardana (Dried Pomegranate)
- 2 choppedGreen Chilies
- plenty for servingButter
👨🍳 Instructions

Dough: Mix maida, salt, sugar, baking powder, and curd/milk. Knead soft dough. Rest for 2 hours.

Filling: Mix mashed potatoes with onions, chilies, anardana, coriander, and spices.

Roll a ball of dough, place filling in center, seal, and roll gently into a disc.

Wet one side of the kulcha and stick it onto a hot tawa (or bake in tandoor).

Cook until puffed and browned. Crisp the top directly on flame if using tawa.

Crush the hot kulcha with hands to flake it and top with a dollop of butter.
