Appam with Stew

🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cups soakedRaw Rice
- 1/2 cup gratedCoconut
- 1/2 cupCooked Rice
- 1/2 tspYeast
- 2 tbspSugar
- Carrot, Peas, PotatoVegetables
- 2 cups (Thick & Thin)Coconut Milk
👨🍳 Instructions

Appam: Grind soaked rice, coconut, and cooked rice to a smooth batter.

Add yeast and sugar. Ferment for 8 hours until frothy.

Pour a ladle of batter into an Appam Chatti (pan), swirl to coat sides.

Cover and cook until edges are crisp and center is soft.

Stew: Boil vegetables with thin coconut milk, ginger, chilies, and whole spices.

Add thick coconut milk, simmer for 2 mins (don't boil), and temper with curry leaves.
