- 4Potatoes (Boiled & Grated)
- 3 tbspCornflour
- 1/2 cup for stuffingChana Dal (Soaked & Sautéed)
- for toppingSweet Tamarind Chutney
- for toppingSpicy Mint Chutney

Mix grated potatoes with cornflour and salt. Do not over-knead.

Stuff with spiced chana dal and flatten into patties.

Shallow fry on a flat tawa with plenty of oil until deep golden and crunchy.
