Chole Bhature

🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cupChickpeas (Kabuli Chana)
- 2 cupsMaida (All Purpose Flour)
- 2 choppedOnions
- 1 (for color)Tea bag
- 2 tbspChole Masala
- 1/2 cupYogurt
👨🍳 Instructions

Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil with salt and a tea bag for dark color.

Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Add chole masala.

Mix the boiled chickpeas into the masala and simmer.

For Bhature: Mix maida, yogurt, salt, and a pinch of baking soda.

Knead into a soft dough and rest for 2 hours.

Roll into oval shapes and deep fry until puffy.
