Sunday Special Bedmi Puri & Dubki Aloo: Delhi Style

🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 cupsWheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup (soaked and ground)Urad Dal Paste
  • 4, boiled and crushedPotatoes
  • a pinchHing

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1 (Puri Dough): Mix flour, dal paste, and spices. Knead into a stiff dough.

Step 2 (Aloo Sabzi): Heat oil, add hing and cumin. Add crushed potatoes and a lot of water. Add spices and simmer until the gravy is thin but flavorful.

Step 3 (Frying): Roll out small puris and deep fry until very crispy (Bedmi puris are crispier than normal puris).

Step 4 (Serving): Serve hot with the aloo sabzi and a dollop of pickle.
