  • 4 boiled & mashedPotatoes
  • 4Pav Buns
  • 1 cupBesan (Gram Flour)
  • 4 tbspGarlic Chutney
  • 1 tspMustard Seeds
  • 1 sprigCurry Leaves

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.

Mix this tempering into mashed potatoes with turmeric and salt.

Shape potato mix into balls.

Make a thick batter with besan, salt, turmeric, and soda.

Dip potato balls in batter and deep fry until golden.

Slit pav buns, spread garlic chutney, place the vada, and serve.
