  • 1 cupTagar (Bura Sugar)
  • 2 tbspGhee

Roast khoya in ghee on very low heat until it turns dark brown. This is the "Bhuna" stage.

Let it cool slightly, then mix with tagar and cardamom.

Shape into irregular rounds and roll in sugar. They should look rustic.
