Mandua Ki Roti: Finger Millet Flatbread

- 1.5 cupsMandua Flour (Finger Millet)
- 1/2 cup (for binding)Wheat Flour
- for kneadingWarm Water
- for servingPure Ghee
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Kneading): Mix Mandua flour and wheat flour. Use warm water to knead a soft, pliable dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2 (Rolling): Take a ball of dough and roll it out into a thick disc. Use wheat flour for dusting.
Step 3 (Cooking): Place on a hot tawa. Cook both sides until brown spots appear.
Step 4 (Flame Roast): For an authentic smoky flavor, roast the roti directly on the gas flame for a few seconds until it puffs up.
Step 5 (Serving): Smear with a generous amount of ghee. Serve with Kafuli or Gahat Dal.
