🥘 Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupDried Ker
  • 3/4 cupDried Sangri
  • 4Dry Red Chilies
  • 1 tbspAmchoor Powder

Soak ker and sangri overnight. Wash multiple times to remove sand.

Sauté in mustard oil with lots of dry spices, amchoor, and raisins.
