Jhangora Ki Kheer: Barnyard Millet Pudding

🥘 Ingredients
- 1/2 cupJhangora (Barnyard Millet)
- 1 literFull Cream Milk
- 1/2 cupSugar/Jaggery
- Cashews, Almonds, RaisinsDry Fruits
- 1/2 tspCardamom Powder
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Milk): Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and reduce it slightly.
Step 2 (Millet): Wash Jhangora and add it to the boiling milk.
Step 3 (Cooking): Cook on low heat while stirring occasionally until the millet is soft and the kheer reaches a thick consistency.
Step 4 (Sweetening): Add sugar/jaggery and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Step 5 (Serving): Garnish with roasted nuts. Serve warm or chilled.
