🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cupRice
- 1/2 cupChana Dal
- 1/4 cupUrad Dal
- 2Green Chilies
- 1 tspCumin Seeds
- for deep fryingOil
👨🍳 Instructions

Soak rice and both dals together for 4-5 hours.

Drain and grind into a slightly coarse batter with chilies and ginger.

Add salt, turmeric, and cumin seeds to the batter. Whisk well.

Heat oil in a deep kadai.

Pour a ladleful of batter into hot oil (like a pancake) and deep fry.

Serve with potato curry or ghugni.
