🥘 Ingredients
- 1/2 cupToor Dal
- 1/4 cup (optional)Chana Dal
- 2 cups (Pumpkin, Raw Banana, Brinjal, Potato, Arbi)Mixed Vegetables
- 1 inch crushedGinger
- 1 tspPanch Phoron
- 2Dry Red Chilies
- 2 tbspGhee
- 1 tsp (Bhaja Masala)Roasted Cumin-Chili Powder
- 2 tbspGrated Coconut
👨🍳 Instructions

Wash dal and soak for 30 mins. Chop vegetables into large chunks.

Pressure cook dal, vegetables, salt, turmeric, and water for 2 whistles.

The dal should be cooked but vegetables should hold shape.

Tempering: Heat ghee, splutter panch phoron and dry red chilies.

Add crushed ginger and fry for a minute. Pour this tempering over the dal.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle bhaja masala and grated coconut.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
