🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cups, soaked for 24 hoursRice
- 1 cup, gratedJaggery (Gur)

👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Rice Prep): Soak rice for 24 hours. Drain and spread on a cloth to dry slightly, then grind into a fine powder.
Step 2 (Syrup): Boil jaggery with a little water until it reaches a "one-string" consistency.
Step 3 (Dough): Mix the rice powder into the hot jaggery syrup to form a thick, pliable dough.
Step 4 (Frying): Shape into small flat discs and deep fry in hot ghee on medium-low heat until dark brown and crispy.
Step 5 (Cooling): Let them cool; they will become crispy on the outside and soft inside.
