- 500gMutton Ribs
- 1 cupMilk
- for shallow fryingGhee
- Turmeric, Fennel powder, Ginger powderWhole Spices
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Boiling): Boil the ribs in a mixture of milk, water, and spices until the meat is tender but not falling off the bone.
Step 2 (Cooling): Let the ribs cool and absorb the flavors.
Step 3 (Frying): Heat ghee in a flat pan. Shallow fry the ribs on low heat for 10-15 minutes on each side until the exterior is brown and very crispy.
Step 4 (Serving): Serve as a snack or part of a Wazwan meal.
