Singri Ki Sabzi: Authentic Haryanvi Dry Curry

🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cup, soakedDried Singri
- 1 tspAmchoor (Mango Powder)
- 2 tbspMustard Oil
- Cumin, Dry Red ChiliesWhole Spices
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Boiling): Boil the soaked singri in water for 15 minutes until they are tender. Drain and wash with cold water.
Step 2 (Tempering): Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and whole red chilies.
Step 3 (Spicing): Add the boiled singri and all the dry spices. Add salt and amchoor powder.
Step 4 (Frying): Cook on medium-high heat for 10 minutes until the oil coats each pod and they become slightly crispy.
Step 5 (Serving): Serve with hot puris or as a side with Dal-Rice.
