Masala Dosa

🥘 Ingredients
- 4 cups (fermented)Dosa Batter
- 4 boiled & mashedPotatoes
- 2 slicedOnions
- 3-4 choppedGreen Chilies
- 1 tspMustard Seeds
- 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
- 1 sprigCurry Leaves
- 1 tspUrad Dal
👨🍳 Instructions
Filling: Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
Add sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté until translucent.
Add turmeric and salt. Mix in the boiled mashed potatoes.
Add a splash of water to keep it moist. Garnish with coriander.
Dosa: Heat a cast-iron tawa or non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter.
Spread in a circular motion to make a thin crepe. Drizzle oil/ghee around edges.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crisp.
Place a spoonful of potato filling in the center, fold over, and serve hot with chutney.
