Kachri Ki Sabzi: The Wild Cucumber Secret

🥘 Ingredients
- 1/2 cup, soakedDried Kachri
- 2 tbspMustard Oil
- 8 cloves, crushedGarlic
- Turmeric, Red chili, Coriander powderSpices
- 2 tbspYogurt
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Soaking): Soak the dried kachri slices in warm water for 30 minutes until they become slightly soft.
Step 2 (Tempering): Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and the crushed garlic. Sauté until the garlic is dark brown.
Step 3 (Sautéing): Add the soaked kachri and all the spices. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 4 (Simmering): Add the yogurt and a splash of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes until the kachri is completely soft and the gravy is thick.
Step 5 (Serving): Serve with Bajra Roti or plain Wheat Roti.
