🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cupBesan (gram flour)
- 1/2 cupWheat flour (atta)
- 2 tbspCurd (dahi)
- 1 tsp, gratedGinger
- 1, choppedGreen chili
- 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
- to tasteSalt
- 1/4 tspEno / baking soda
- 1 tbsp (tempering)Oil
- 1/2 tspMustard seeds
- 1 tspSesame seeds
- 8–10Curry leaves
👨🍳 Instructions

Mix besan, atta, turmeric, salt, ginger, chili, and curd. Add a little water to form a soft dough.

Mix in Eno just before steaming (optional but makes it lighter).

Shape into small logs and steam 12–15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then slice.

Temper: heat oil, crackle mustard, add sesame and curry leaves.

Add sliced muthia and toss gently 1 minute. Serve warm.
