🥘 Ingredients
- 1 cupRice Flour
- 1/2 cup (optional)Leftover Rice
- 1.5 cupsWater
- 1 tspSesame Seeds
- choppedGreen Chilies & Coriander
- 1 tbspOil
👨🍳 Instructions
Boil water with salt and a teaspoon of oil. Add rice flour and mix quickly.
Turn off heat, cover, and let it rest for 5 mins. Knead into a smooth dough while warm.
Mix in leftover rice (mashed), sesame seeds, chilies, and coriander.
Shape into small cylindrical rolls or fingers.
Steam in a steamer or idli cooker for 10-15 minutes.
Temper: Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and curry leaves. Toss the steamed Fara in it.
