Coconut Prawn Curry

🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g cleanedTiger Prawns
  • 1.5 cupsCoconut Milk
  • 1 tspMustard Seeds
  • 3 slitGreen Chilies
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspLime Juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Clean and devein the prawns. Marinate with turmeric and salt.

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add green chilies and onions (optional), sauté until soft.

Add the prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes until pink.

Pour in the coconut milk and simmer gently for 5 minutes (do not overcook).

Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
