  • Beans, Eggplant, Mustard GreensMixed Vegetables
  • 1 tbsp (or fermented pork fat)Pork Sauce (Saum)
  • 1/2 cupBamboo Shoots
  • 3 cupsWater
  • 3-4Green Chilies
  • to tasteSalt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Add the pork sauce/fat and salt.

Add the harder vegetables first (beans, bamboo shoots). Boil for 5-10 mins.

Add leafy greens and chilies. Cook until soft but not mushy.

The stew should be watery and flavorful. Serve hot with rice.
