- 1/2 cupBamboo Shoots
- 3 cupsWater
- 3-4Green Chilies

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Add the pork sauce/fat and salt.

Add the harder vegetables first (beans, bamboo shoots). Boil for 5-10 mins.

Add leafy greens and chilies. Cook until soft but not mushy.
